The Oscars 2018 ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel for the second consecutive year making him the first person to host back-to-back ceremonies after Billy Crystal in 1997 and 1998. The Oscars will be presented in 24 categories this year.
